What can speed up my weight loss progress?
1. Eat Well
Eliminate processed foods and foods high in sugar.
Control portion sizes.
2. Get Moving
Try to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity 4 times a week.
Find something that gets you moving that you enjoy.
Focus on increasing your NEAT activity too.
3. Set Goals
Set realistic long and short terms goals for your body and mind.
Write out steps to achieving these goals.
